What materials are used in Beachkinis swimwear?

We use premium swim fabrics selected for their softness, stretch, durability, and shape retention. Our materials are chosen to support movement while maintaining a refined look.

Is Beachkinis swimwear comfortable for all-day wear?

Yes. Comfort is central to every design. From the first swim to golden-hour walks, our pieces are made to feel lightweight, breathable, and comfortable throughout the day.

Are Beachkinis styles trend-driven?

We design with longevity in mind. Clean lines, thoughtful details, and timeless silhouettes ensure each piece feels current yet enduring, beyond seasonal trends.

ORDER & SHIPPING

Where does Beachkinis ship to?

Beachkinis currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and selected European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland and other major destinations within Europe.

If your country is not listed above, please feel free to contact our customer care team - we'll be happy to assist where possible.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • A $7.50 flat shipping fee applies to orders under $75

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary slightly.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

SECURITY PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later), where available.

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No. A PayPal account is not required. Simply choose PayPal at checkout and select the option to pay with your card.

DO YOU OFFER BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTIONS?

Yes. Klarna is available at checkout for eligible customers. Payment plans and approval are determined by Klarna and may vary by location.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers that comply with industry security standards. Beachkinis does not store or have access to your card or banking details.

Will I be charged any additional fees?

Beachkinis does not charge any additional payment fees. Any fees applied by your bank or card issuer are determined by them.

Do you offer discount or promo codes?

From time to time, Beachkinis may offer promotional codes or special offers. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS & REFUND

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact, within 15 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return or exchange part of a set, or mix sizes within a set?

Beachkinis swimwear is thoughtfully designed and sold as complete sets. For returns or exchanges, items must be returned as a full set.
At this time, we do not offer mix-and-match sizing within sets. Exchanges may be made for the same set in a different size, subject to availability.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer care team at hello@beachkinis.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
