Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM  from Monday to Friday are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • A $7.50 flat shipping fee applies to orders under $75

All applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery information are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
