RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Beachkinis, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help - provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Try-On Guidelines
For hygiene purposes, we kindly recommend trying on swimwear over your own underwear and keeping the hygiene liner in place when assessing fit.
Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Swimwear Sets
All Beachkinis swimwear is sold as complete sets.
- Returns and exchanges must be made for the entire set
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for individual tops or bottoms
Sizing Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important.
- Exchanges are available for the same set in a different size, subject to availability
- Mix-and-match sizing within sets is not available
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer care team at service@beachkinis.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions and next steps
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
